Principals unite! Recognize the role that you play in shepherding all stakeholders during the transition to competency‐based learning. Navigating the sometimes-challenging waters associated with this work requires moral courage, strong communication skills, and strategic thinking. Explore leadership mindfully during this session using text and case studies as well as reflection and discussion with other participants. Identify personal leadership strengths and challenges. Consider new ways to use key findings from positive psychology, neuroscience, and mindfulness research to improve your efficacy as a leader. Then create next steps to implement mindfulness in your work.
