This session will focus on specific techniques that teachers can use to create a more mindful learning and working environment. Participants will be presented with information on the benefits a mindful practice has on coping with stress and improving focus along with hands-on activities including yoga poses, meditation, and journaling that cultivate a capacity for deepened awareness and concentration.
