Create a classroom where all students excel! During this session, focus on the rationale for and critical elements of an effective competency‐based teaching and learning system, which believes that all students can learn if educators clarify learning goals, personalize assessment and instruction, and understand that students will learn in different ways and at different times. Then engage in activities that address equity through these principles. Examine an array of resources that identify entry points for transitioning to a competency‐based system.
